Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries in the world. However, due to some postal problems, we cannot deliver to military zones and some small countries.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, can I change it?

Generally, you can change your shipping address within 12 hours. Be sure to contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. The more information you provide, the sooner we can change your details. Although we cannot guarantee that we will intercept your order in time before it goes into processing, we will do our best to make the requested changes. Please be sure to write ‘Urgent: Change Order Details’ in the subject line of your email. Any other title may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Please note that your order may have already been shipped. In that case, we will not be able to send you another order, so it is best to contact the postal service.

Can I cancel my order?

The ordering process is automated for fast and accurate distribution of products. We apologise, but once an order has been placed it CANNOT be cancelled. We receive a large number of orders and cannot handle them individually as it would cause delays to other orders. Please check the products carefully before finalising your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Discover, Diners, and we also support Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
